The second annual Kalama Salmon Derby is next week. This event is hosted by Longview Fire Fighters Local's 828 & 3375 and Kalama Fire Fighters Local 4447 with proceeds going to the Magnificent 7th District's Benevolent Fund. This event was well attended last year with monster salmon reeled in. The winner of last years event wieghed in at over 50 lbs.
